With the 2010 spring/summer collections shown in New York the reports came flying in: lace, volume and textured layers are key elements this season. With standouts presented by Vera Wang who added a little extra detail to her collection by incorporating bows on most of her dresses. Monique Lhuillier who so beautifully layered her gowns and added delicate detail with her effortless lace work, and Carolina Herrera who reinvented the classic wedding dress with a black floral print there’s plenty of options for every bride-to-be who wants to stand out from the crowd.
